Big Sky Strawberry Latte

Ingredients
Simple Syrup
- 1/2 cup quartered strawberries
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of water
Latte
- 4oz Big Sky Coffee
- 8oz Milk
- 1 tablespoon of strawberry simple syrup
Preparation
Start with getting your strawberry simple syrup ready. Combine your quartered strawberries, sugar, and water all into a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Continuously stir and slowly let it come to a boil. Once it's been at a continuous boil for about 10 minutes, reduce the heat to medium-low and continue to let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Afterwards pull from heat and let cool before straining out strawberries. Store your leftovers in an airtight mason jar.
For the latte, start with filling your glass with ice and the strawberry simple syrup. Follow that up with the milk and finish it off with your Big Sky Brew. If you want to make it real pretty, top it off with leftover strawberries and a sprig of rosemary for an aromatic coffee experience.
